Wooden Panels

Wall Panel : Sandwiched wall panels insulated with thermocole 50mm thick made out of both sides 6mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Grade Marine Ply board mounted on seasonal pinewood’s grid of 3Ftx2Ft.
Roof Panel : Sandwiched roof panels insulated with thermocole 50mm thick made out of both sides 6mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine grade board mounted on seasonal pinewood’s grid of 3Ftx2Ft. on top of roof GI corrugated sheets.
Floor Material : Made out of grid mounted floor platform of ms hollow rectangular tube sections of size 50x25mm or 35x35mm conforming to IS:4929-1979. The frame work has a grid size of 600x600mm above grid BWP marine grade ply board (as par IS:303-1989) or cement fiber board of 16mm is screwed with self-tapping Hilti screws. The entire structure is raised above ground by 6” to 8” or more using IS MB or ISMC steel supports.

ALTERNATE (Pucca Cement Platform)

Cement concrete platform (Pucca Floor) made out of standard civil procedure (1:2:4) cement, coarse sand and 20mm aggregate can also be provided to support wall panels using ‘C’ or ‘Z’ GI channels. The platform can be raised to desired height from ground level.

False Ceiling : False ceiling is made out of gypsum, cement fiber board or insulated panels depending on size and use.
Wall Panel : Sandwiched wall panels insulated with thermocole 50mm thick made out of both sides 6mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Grade Marine Ply board mounted on seasonal pinewood’s grid of 3Ftx2Ft.
Door(s) : Generally exterior grade flush doors of size 7’x3’ and 30mm thick are provided. However, a wide range of PVC, powder coated aluminum/ glass or architectural doors can be provided of different thickness and sizes.
Window (s) : Generally ms pressed steel windows are provided. However, designer windows of powder coated aluminum,
Paint : Waterproof, fire-resistant polymer texture coating is applied on exterior panels. Interior are coated with oil bound acrylic distemper.
Sun/ Rain Shade : Specially designed Sun/ Rain shade made out of Steel Pipes. FRP/ Polycarbonate are fixed on Doors & Windows to make them rain proof.
